CREBB Group is hiring an AI Content Production Intern through the Ohio College Technology Internship Program, running November 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027. This is paid, part-time work at fifteen dollars an hour, producing video and design on a generative AI pipeline that publishes to real audiences.
Generative and AI-assisted tooling is used in nearly every video the firm publishes and across much of its graphic work. This position operates that pipeline, which means a student gets hands-on time with the tools that are reshaping creative production right now.
The work, on the video side
- Editing supplied footage into finished cuts for multiple platforms.
- Generating b-roll and background elements with generative AI tooling.
- Producing transcription and automated captions.
- Generating and cleaning synthetic voice.
- Assembling rough cuts with AI assistance, reformatting horizontal source into vertical, and handling color, audio, and pacing.
Filming is not required and footage is generally supplied. Candidates local to Cincinnati may also join on-site shoots, which is a bonus rather than an expectation.
The work, on the graphic side
- Producing listing graphics, market report visuals, social assets, email graphics, and presentation visuals.
- Using generative AI image tooling for imagery, backgrounds, and variation.
- Sizing finished assets for each publishing platform.
What we are looking for
Preferred major is graphic design or digital media. Across both sides of the role the intern writes and refines the prompts behind the generated output and evaluates that output for quality and accuracy before it publishes. Prompt work is a stated part of this job, which means a student builds a genuine AI production skill set rather than picking it up incidentally.
How you will be measured
On finished assets that publish. Work is reviewed for accuracy before it goes out, and you will document the pipeline so the same asset type is produced the same way every time. You will deliver a short written status each week covering what shipped, what is in review, and what is blocked.
You leave this term with a reel of published work, the prompt library behind it, and a documented production process with your name on it.

Send your details and a resume. Every application is reviewed the day it arrives, and you will hear from us either way.
