Build Pro Warehouse founder and CEO Kevin Wang needed a property that could support a material inventory operation, streamline the team’s work, and create room for national growth.
The company was moving from Indianapolis to Cincinnati. Location, floor area, racking flexibility, loading, office space, and expansion all mattered.
The challenge
A specific industrial need in a constrained market.
Build Pro supplies flooring, stair treads, moldings, baseboards, doors, and other building materials. The operation requires substantial inventory and many product variations, making usable floor space and layout more important than a generic square-foot number.
The search took roughly six months. CREBB evaluated multiple Cincinnati-area properties and kept the assignment focused on the requirements that would determine whether the building could actually support the company.
